Skip it. 'We Own the Night' is a paint-by-numbers crime thriller with a derivative plot that's been done better a hundred times over—a nightclub manager caught between family and the Russian mob is hardly breaking new ground. Even with a solid cast, the film never rises above competent, and there are far more gripping thrillers worth your time tonight.
