Venom

2005 · 1h 25m · Horror, Thriller

Skip it. A possession-slasher in Louisiana swamps sounds like it could be fun B-movie territory, but this 2021 film got lost in the shuffle for good reason — it's a forgettable creature-feature that doesn't bring anything fresh to either the horror or possession genres. You've seen this exact setup done better elsewhere.

Plot

A group of teenagers fear for their lives in the swamps of Louisiana, chased by Mr. Jangles, a man possessed by 13 evil souls, and now relentless in his pursuit of new victims.

Director: Jim Gillespie
