'Ultimate Revenge' sounds like a generic Hong Kong crime thriller with a paint-by-numbers heist plot, and the absence of any critical scores or cultural buzz suggests it's landed in that forgettable direct-to-streaming purgatory for a reason. You've seen this cops-vs-gangsters story a hundred times, and probably better executed.

Plot

The Yau Tsim Mong area, the core commercial area of Hong Kong, has recently experienced a series of robberies. Many jewelry stores in the area have been ransacked by gangsters. Police unit is given the mission to take the gangsters into a custody, but the operation is not so easy.
