The Toddler
2021 · 0h 20m
Skip it. 'The Toddler' sounds like a generic family drama about domestic tension—the kind of indie film that plays at regional festivals but rarely justifies a night of your time. Without critical backing or a compelling hook, there's no reason to gamble two hours on this when better character studies are readily available.
Plot
Since the birth of their youngest child, one-year-old Enzo, the Leblanc family has been under pressure. The relationship between Sophie and her eldest daughter, Jessie, 17, is particularly tense. Each member of the family will have to find his or her place.
