Skip it. 'The Rookie's Return' sounds like a generic mid-century comedy with a tired 'money causes problems' premise that's been done to death. Without any critical validation and nothing in the plot description that suggests originality or charm, there are better ways to spend your evening.

Plot

A young soldier is discharged from the service and has trouble making a living. However, when he inherits a great deal of money, he finds his troubles only beginning.
