This French indie charmer pairs a road-trip romance with grand political ambitions, and that tonal combo is either delightfully quirky or tonally messy—the plot description leans intriguing enough to roll the dice. If you're in the mood for something offbeat and foreign that doesn't take itself too seriously, give it a shot; if you need guaranteed entertainment, wait for reviews.
