Skip it tonight unless you're a found-footage horror completist—this infamous film was shelved by Lionsgate for years due to its relentless bleakness, and while it has cult credibility for its unflinching approach to serial killer content, it's more exhausting endurance test than compelling thriller. Save your evening for something that disturbs you *smartly* rather than just relentlessly.

Plot

When hundreds of videotapes showing torture, murder and dismemberment are found in an abandoned house, they reveal a serial killer's decade-long reign of terror and become the most disturbing collection of evidence homicide detectives have ever seen.
