Skip it unless you're a hardcore James Wan devotee or genuinely starved for jump-scares—this is a by-the-numbers supernatural thriller that trades genuine dread for loud noises and CGI demons. The Vatican-investigation setup has potential, but The Nun mostly just capitalizes on Conjuring universe brand recognition without earning the scares.

Plot
