If you're into clever crime capers with real historical weight, this Polish gem deserves your attention tonight—the premise of a meticulous artist-counterfeiter outsmarting authorities for 14 years is inherently gripping, and the 'Cézanne of counterfeit' angle suggests style and substance. The obscurity works in its favor: no hype, no baggage, just a solid drama about obsession and deception that'll scratch that *Ocean's Eleven* itch with more grit.

Plot

A Polish engineer relocates to France and becomes a legendary counterfeiter. Working solo, he crafts flawless fake francs worth millions over 14 years, earning the nickname "Cézanne of counterfeit money" for his artistic skill and output.
