Skip it. This 2005 sequel trades the charm of the original for bloated action sequences and a tired 'retired hero called back into action' plot that doesn't justify its own existence. Unless you're a die-hard Zorro completist, your time is better spent elsewhere.

Plot

Despite trying to keep his swashbuckling to a minimum, a threat to California's pending statehood causes the adventure-loving Don Alejandro de la Vega and his wife, Elena, to take action.
