Skip it tonight unless you're in the mood for a predictable but harmless feel-good flick. Robert De Niro and Meryl Streep have charm to spare, and there's nothing offensive about this fish-out-of-water story, but it plays things way too safe—you've seen this plot beat for beat before, and it won't surprise or challenge you.

Plot

70-year-old widower Ben Whittaker has discovered that retirement isn't all it's cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin.
