IMDb 6.9 Metacritic 56 RT 81%

The Indian Runner has real critical chops (81% on RT) and explores a genuinely compelling psychological conflict between two brothers, but the 6.9 IMDb score and middling Metacritic suggest it's uneven in execution. Watch it tonight only if you're in the mood for a character-driven drama that swings for something meaningful—otherwise, save it for when you're more patient.

Plot

Two brothers cannot overcome their opposite perceptions of life. One brother sees and feels bad in everyone and everything, subsequently he is violent, antisocial and unable to appreciate or enjoy the good things which his brother desperately tries to point out to him.
