Skip it. 'The Cured' has an intriguing premise about reintegrating former zombies into society, but the execution is muddled and the film gets bogged down in heavy-handed social commentary that doesn't quite land. You'll find better explorations of post-apocalyptic survival and moral ambiguity elsewhere.

Plot

What happens when the undead return to life? In a world ravaged for years by a virus that turns the infected into zombie-like cannibals, a cure is at last found and the wrenching process of reintegrating the survivors back into society begins.
