Skip it tonight unless you're a devoted fan of courtroom dramas with predictable formulas. While the odd-couple chemistry between two leads and the corporate corruption angle sound promising, the film treads well-worn ground without the sharp writing or performances to justify another viewing of this familiar story.
Plot
When a handshake deal goes sour, funeral home owner Jeremiah O'Keefe enlists charismatic, smooth-talking attorney Willie E. Gary to save his family business. Tempers flare and laughter ensues as the unlikely pair bond while exposing corporate corruption and racial injustice.
