Skip it. This 2005 Terry Gilliam film is a bloated, tonally confused mess that can't decide if it's a comedy, thriller, or fantasy adventure—and fails at all three. Even with Matt Damon and Heath Ledger's charm, the muddled plot and overblown visuals make for a slog that'll have you checking your phone by the halfway mark.

Plot

Folklore collectors and con artists, Jake and Will Grimm, travel from village to village pretending to protect townsfolk from enchanted creatures and performing exorcisms. However, they are put to the test when they encounter a real magical curse in a haunted forest with real magical beings, requiring genuine courage.
