Skip it unless you've got restless kids who need 90 minutes of colorful distraction—this sequel trades the original's novelty for a paint-by-numbers plot about unlikely alliances and generic ice villains. The premise of birds and pigs teaming up had potential, but there's no evidence this delivers anything beyond standard animated popcorn fare.

Plot

Red, Chuck, Bomb and the rest of their feathered friends are surprised when a green pig suggests that they put aside their differences and unite to fight a common threat. Aggressive birds from an island covered in ice are planning to use an elaborate weapon to destroy the fowl and swine.
