IMDb 5.3 RT 71%

The premise of a prayer-bead-wielding monk battling an ancient demon is genuinely killer, and the RT score suggests it mostly delivers on that promise. But the IMDb nosedive is a red flag—skip it if you need a tight, well-executed thriller, but dive in if you're forgiving of rough edges and just want some audacious creature-chaos.

Plot

With prayer beads in one hand and an ax in the other, a monk hunts down a millennia-old spirit that's possessing humans and unleashing hell on Earth.
