Skip it. 'Taklee Genesis' sounds like a made-up title for a reason—this obscure time-travel thriller has no critical footprint, no cast names worth mentioning, and a plot that reads like a rejected screenplay premise rather than a finished film. Without scores or reputation to back it up, there are too many genuinely great sci-fi adventures out there to waste your night on this one.

Plot

A time-travel adventure that takes place during the Cold War when a US military base in Thailand was testing the Taklee Genesis, a warp-speed teleporter even though it had not yet been fully developed. After the war, the Taklee Genesis was left behind in Thailand and was being illegally used by someone.
