Skip it. Without critical scores to vouch for it, 'Street Flow 3' is a sequel that's likely banking on franchise loyalty rather than fresh storytelling—and a plot about redemption and crime consequences has been done to death. Unless you're a committed fan of the first two films, your time is better spent elsewhere.
