IMDb 5.0

SP Chauhan has a worthy subject—a social worker fighting for women's empowerment and against alcoholism—but the 5.0 IMDb score suggests the execution falls flat. Unless you're specifically interested in Indian regional cinema or the subject matter, there are better dramas worth your time tonight.

Plot

SP Chauhan is a biopic that traces the remarkable journey from poverty to the prosperity of a heroic social worker of Haryana, Thakur Satpal Chauhan, who braved adverse social conditions to promote women's empowerment and an alcohol-free society.
