Skip it tonight unless you're a documentary completist hunting for obscure anthropological deep-dives. While the subject matter—the Sabar people of rural India—has genuine cultural merit, the clumsy title and vague synopsis suggest this is a niche academic film that demands patient, focused viewing, not casual evening entertainment.

Plot

In eight blocks of Purulia district, a small number of 12360 forest-dwellers of 3121 families live in 168 hamlets. These people are officially called "Sabar". In the past they were physically strong, but now they have become weak. But their simplicity has remained as before. This film depicts the day-today account of their life' s saga.
