Skip it. This is a by-the-numbers Scooby-Doo cash grab that barely clears the mediocrity line at 6.5—the international setting and ninja action can't salvage the predictable mystery and lazy writing. There are better animated adventures out there that won't feel like filler tonight.

Plot

The Mystery Inc. gang takes a trip to Japan and finds themselves circling Asia and the Pacific in a treasure hunt, racing against the vengeful Black Samurai and his Ninja warriors to find the legendary Sword of Fate, an ancientblade fabled to possess extraordinary supernaturalpowers.
