Skip it—this sounds like a dated travel documentary that mistakes exotic window-dressing for actual insight into Tokyo. The framing device of chasing after someone named Akiko feels thin, and a surface-level tour through kabuki, nightlife, and salarymen won't give you anything you can't find in better docs or a good travel vlog.
