Skip it—'Saccharine' sounds like it's trying way too hard to be provocative without the craft to back it up. A gimmicky premise about eating human ashes doesn't automatically make for compelling horror, and without any critical validation or recognizable names attached, this is a hard pass for tonight.

Plot

After succumbing to an obscure weight-loss craze involving the eating of human ashes, lovelorn medical student Hana finds herself haunted by the ghost of the person she's eating.
