Skip it. 'Rules of Engagement' is a middling courtroom drama that can't decide if it's defending a morally gray decision or condemning it, leaving you with a muddled mess that neither critics nor audiences particularly enjoyed. With scores in the 30s-40s across the board, your time is better spent elsewhere tonight.
