Skip it. 'Route 9' has all the hallmarks of a direct-to-streaming crime thriller that couldn't cut it in theaters — the premise is workable but thoroughly generic, and without any critical backing or buzz to suggest it rises above routine procedural fare, you'd be better off rewatching a solid crime drama you already love.

Plot

During a routine surveilance on desolate Route 9, two small town deputies come across over one million dollars in cash, a van full of drugs, several dead bodies and not a witness in sight.
