Skip it. This obscure TV movie sounds like a generic fish-out-of-water tale with a well-meaning protagonist versus faceless antagonists — the kind of middling drama that disappears the moment you finish watching. Without any critical backing or notable talent attached, there's no reason to spend your evening on this when you could find something with actual punch.
Plot
Dr Raduski returns from abroad to his hometown. He starts a profitable business there and revives the town's cultural life. However, the tsarist government and local nobles don't take kindly to his presence and try to sabotage him.
