Skip it—this sounds like a experimental short film more interested in vibes than narrative, and without any critical backing or cast recognition to lean on, you're basically gambling on underground art house cinema tonight. If you're specifically craving avant-garde electronic music culture explored through film, maybe take the chance, but most people will find themselves frustrated and bored.
