✗ SKIP — Not worth it

Skip it. Without any critical validation and a plot that screams small-budget indie melodrama about a guy stuck in his hometown, this feels like a well-intentioned but ultimately forgettable meditation on stagnation. Unless you're specifically hunting for understated Latin American character studies, your time is better spent elsewhere.
Plot
Exequiel is a physical education teacher who lives with his father in San Antonio at the same house in which he was born and raised. His life hasn't advanced much ever since, but the re-encounter with an old love and other struggles of life will make him reconsider his future and, especially, his past.
