Skip it. This is a direct-to-TV sequel to a forgettable animated film, and the plot—a kidnapped wiener dog subplot—screams lazy cash-in rather than genuine entertainment. Even for family movie night, there are far better animated options that won't feel like you're settling.

Plot

After falling head over hooves in love with Giselle, Elliot's road to the altar takes a slight detour when Mr. Weenie is kidnapped by a group of pampered pets determined to return him to his owners.
