Skip it. Only God Forgives is a visually stylish Nicolas Winding Refn film, but critics and audiences agree it's a hollow, slow-burn revenge tale that mistakes atmosphere for substance. Unless you're a die-hard Refn completist willing to sit through 89 minutes of neon-drenched brooding, your time is better spent elsewhere.
Plot
Julian, who runs a Thai boxing club as a front organization for his family's drug smuggling operation, is forced by his mother Crystal to find and kill the individual responsible for his brother's recent death.
