Skip it—Duncan Jones' sci-fi noir has an intriguing premise, but it's a bloated, meandering mess that wastes its promising setup on tedious storytelling and misogynistic plot devices. Even if you're desperate for cyberpunk Berlin vibes, there are better ways to spend two hours tonight.
