This ambitious sci-fi premise about a flooded Saigon and failed Mars colonization has serious conceptual teeth, but without any critical consensus or cast/director reputation to anchor it, you're rolling the dice on an unknown quantity tonight. Skip it unless you're specifically hunting for obscure Vietnamese sci-fi—there are safer bets with better odds of actually landing.
Plot
In 2053, Saigon, Vietnam is submerged in water. People have to move to the higher places for survival. The Vietnamese government has tried more than once to carry people to Mars, but their attempt turns out to be just a bitter failure.
