Skip it. 'Lovelace' is a well-intentioned but ultimately muddled biopic that struggles to balance exploitation critique with its own exploitative framing—and the execution doesn't justify the heavy subject matter. There are better films that tackle abuse and agency without this much narrative awkwardness.
Plot
Story of Linda Lovelace, who is used and abused by the porn industry at the behest of her coercive husband, before taking control of her life.
