Late Fall

Watch it tonight if you're in the mood for intimate, character-driven drama about the messy reality of new parenthood and marriage—this is the kind of quiet, observant film that rewards patient viewers. Skip it if you need plot momentum or escapism; this is slow-burn stuff about people learning to see each other, not a fast-moving narrative.
Plot
In a working-class Boston apartment, a toddler's demands are pulling two new parents under. Tina carries the weight of everything, certain she's the only one holding it together. Danny retreats into books, searching for a connection he can't find at home. Neither can see what the other is carrying. When both cross paths separately with Sophia, a woman who has everything money can buy but is missing everything it cannot, they are finally forced to see each other, perhaps for the first time.
Cast: Abigail Jean Lucas, Daniel Rios Jr., Kyle Gregory, Amanda Kuo
