Skip it. Insidious has been running on fumes for years, and this fifth installment retreads the same haunted-family-goes-back-to-The-Further formula without breaking new ground. Unless you're a die-hard franchise completionist, there are fresher horrors demanding your attention tonight.

Plot

To put their demons to rest once and for all, Josh Lambert and a college-aged Dalton Lambert must go deeper into The Further than ever before, facing their family's dark past and a host of new and more horrifying terrors that lurk behind the red door.
