IMDb 4.3

With a brutal 4.3 IMDb score, 'Inmate Zero' is a pass—even for zombie completionists. The premise of an ex-Special Forces woman fighting the undead on an island prison has potential, but the execution clearly doesn't deliver. Skip it and find a zombie flick that actually earns your time.

Plot

There's a zombie outbreak after a medical trial in an international detention and medical facility on an isolated island. An ex US Special Forces/bodyguard woman inmate and a guard form a team.
