Skip it. 'Horse and Carriage' sounds like a well-intentioned period drama, but the premise—an aging chauffeur adjusting to automotive progress while raising an orphan—feels like paint-by-numbers historical sentiment without the star power or cultural buzz to justify your time tonight.
