Skip it. Highlander III is widely regarded as the franchise's low point—even die-hard fans cringe at the convoluted plot, awkward magic elements, and the fact that it retroactively undoes the entire first film's ending. Unless you're a completionist who needs to suffer through every Highlander installment, your time is better spent rewatching the original or literally any other action-fantasy film.

Plot

Deceived that he had won the Prize, Connor MacLeod wanders through the world; however, he is awakened from his peaceful life when an entombed immortal magician, Kane, escapes and comes seeking the Highlander.
