Hell House LLC is a genuinely creepy found-footage gem that deserves way more attention than it gets—the meta premise of a documentary about a haunted house setup gone wrong is clever, and it delivers legitimate scares with an unsettling mystery that'll stick with you. Watch it tonight if you want effective horror that doesn't rely on jump scares, though fair warning: the shaky-cam style won't be for everyone.

Plot

Five years after an unexplained malfunction causes the death of 15 tour-goers and staff on the opening night of a Halloween haunted house tour, a documentary crew travels back to the scene of the tragedy to find out what really happened.
