Skip it. Happy Gilmore 2 feels like a cash grab that misses what made the original work — the absurdist charm and genuine heart. A 30-year-later sequel about financing ballet classes sounds more obligatory than inspired, and without critical validation to suggest otherwise, your time is better spent rewatching the 1996 original or finding a comedy that actually swings for the fences.

Plot
