Skip it. 'Half Past Dead' is a 2002 Steven Seagal vehicle that hits every tired action-thriller cliché without adding anything fresh—the undercover-in-prison plot has been done to death, and the gold heist twist feels like an afterthought. Unless you're specifically hunting for early-2000s direct-to-DVD energy, your time is better spent elsewhere.
