Skip it unless you're a die-hard G.I. Joe nostalgia fan or completist—snake people invading Earth sounds absurd even by '80s cartoon standards, and this animated spinoff lacks the cultural staying power of the franchise's better entries. You'd get more fun out of rewatching the original series or catching a live-action Joe flick instead.

Plot

G.I. Joe faces a new enemy as an ancient society of snake people known as Cobra-La try to forcefully take back the earth from those who drove them underground eons ago.

Director: Don Jurwich

Cast: Charlie Adler, Shuko Akune, Jack Angel, Michael Bell, Gregg Berger
