Skip it — this 1997 direct-to-video action flick is pure B-movie cheese with a plot thinner than tissue paper and the kind of low-budget aesthetic that hasn't aged well. Unless you're specifically hunting for campy '90s action nostalgia, your night will be better spent literally anywhere else.
