Skip it. While the alt-history premise has potential, this TV movie from 1994 plays it safe with a paint-by-numbers thriller that wastes its provocative concept. The journalist-and-cop-uncover-conspiracy plot has been done a thousand times, and there's no indication this version brings anything fresh or thought-provoking enough to justify your time.

Plot

Fictional account of what might have happened if Hitler had won the war. It is now the 1960s and Germany's war crimes have so far been kept a secret. Hitler wants to talk peace with the US president. An American journalist and a German homicide cop stumble into a plot to destroy all evidence of the genocide.
