Watch it tonight if you're in the mood for an earnest, energetic dive into the high school performing arts experience—the original 'Fame' is a genuine cultural artifact with killer music and infectious ensemble energy that still holds up. Skip it only if you need something darker or more cynical; this one's pure, passionate, and unapologetically optimistic about art and ambition.
