Skip it tonight unless you've got restless kids who need a distraction—this live-action Dumbo remake is a visually pretty but emotionally hollow retread that mistakes spectacle for heart, and the "dark secrets" plot twist feels tacked on rather than earned.

Plot

A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.
