Dreambuilders has a charming premise and decent animation, but the middling scores tell you it doesn't quite stick the landing—the story feels predictable and the execution is forgettable. Skip it unless you've got young kids who need something to watch and you've exhausted literally everything else.

Plot

Minna, a young girl, misuses her newfound ability to create and control other people’s dreams to teach her bothersome stepsister a lesson. When her stepsister can no longer wake up, Minna has to enter the dream world to save her.
