Dog Lay Afternoon
1976 · 1h 15m · Drama, Horror, Thriller
SKIP. This sounds like exploitation schlock masquerading as trauma drama, complete with bestiality and sexual content that feels designed to shock rather than provoke genuine thought. There's no indication this has any artistic merit beyond its taboo elements—save your evening for something with actual substance.
Plot
A young girl witnesses her mother having sex with the family dog. When her father finds out, he burns the dog alive. She is so traumatized by these incidents that she later turns into a nymphomaniac. She moves to an island and lives there with her own dog, having sex with various guests who visit her.
