SKIP — This anime adaptation of a rhythm game has a genuinely charming premise (magical piano grows a tree, amnesia girl, lonely pianist), but without critical validation and as a relatively niche game tie-in, it's a risky pick for tonight. Unless you're already invested in the Deemo universe or craving gentle, melancholic fantasy-romance, your time is better spent elsewhere.

Plot

Deemo is a lonely individual who lives in solitude, playing the piano in a castle. One day, a girl who has lost her memory falls from the sky. Wanting to help her recover her memories and return to her world, Deemo discovers that a tree kept atop the piano will grow whenever the piano is played.
